hmm...

i feel bad for all the people who are still left stranded in their homes (not that it remained one), awaiting rescue. i feel bad that that the least i can do for them is pray, and maybe deliver some of my old clothes to mcdonald's (the nearest place collecting relief materials from here). listening to the news is way too depressing. the death toll has reached more than a hundred already, and PAGASA says there's another brewing storm bordering on the Philippine area of responsibility. we haven't even recovered yet!

i don't know why people are reacting badly about this. get used to it. it happens everytime. villar isn't the only politician guilty of indirectly soliciting votes through donations. i'm not saying this because i like manny villar or something. though the time spent printing and sticking out those texts could have been used to deliver the food much faster, bottom line is: he still helped.

God knows how much we idealize our politicians too much. no leader is righteous enough to sit on the presidential throne. between two evils (in our case, tons) , choose the lesser one. it really does take an evil to become president.

epic flood

hoy ondoy!

what an experience! i was supposed to blog about this yesterday but i got sleepy so all i managed to update was my twitter. hahaha sinisipon ako! and for some reason, i can't access my facebook homepage... i had to use a proxy site to open it. bugger! ano kayang meron? ano nanamang nagawa ko? hahaha

so yesterday...

i woke up and it was raining already. when i came to class, it rained harder and from there it only became worse. classes were suspended for the afternoon but their announcement came too late cos when we were out of the school gates, it was flooding already and there were no available means of transportation. in short, we were stranded! more than 5 hours pare! whew! grabeee it was the worst typhoon i've ever experienced, well, kasi nasa labas ako. hahaha

anyway. enjoy naman kasi i was with my friends. tambay lang somewhere... besides, EVERYONE was stranded. including the vehicles! kawawa naman grabe. it was so stupid of me to not bring a payong and a jacket, chka phone. pero keri lang. grabe ang lamig! perhaps the worst thing that happened to me was...hindi ko alam! wala naman siguro. aaaah, yung mga ipis na naglabasan sa kanal hahaha. pero hindi naman ako masyadong nainis e. mejo na-fascinate pa ko kasi it was my first time to witness an epic flood and a cockroach revolution up close! and besides, masaya naman mga kasama ko. chaka nakatulog naman ako kahit pano kaya hindi ako badtrip. yehey. so after more than 5 hours, tatlong yosi, lugaw with egg, at pancit canton... nakauwi rin! hooooray! :D :D

thank God cos hindi kami gaanong nasalanta. ano ba naman yung mababad yung bag ko sa ulan at muntik masira yung mp3 player ko na ibebenta ko pa sa ebay, kumpara kay Christine Reyes na sa bubong na nagpalipas ng ulan. dba? i still consider myself blessed. thank you God for protecting me and my family from harm. :)

no classes tomorrow until tuesday so that's great! no corpo attire yehey! :)

// the finale was good! except for the last part where another david garcia appeared, i mean, what the fuck? so ano yon? is that indicative of a sequel? bad timing e. ang weird talaga! i cried so much when marlene begged ramon to give up. pati when ramon was shot, chaka when ramon apologized to dave at the jail. si ramon talaga ang lakas ng hatak e. o, sya na ipapalit ko kay ryan agoncillo. hehe. pero you know what, Tayong Dalawa is a very good series kasi the plot is original, the script isn't generic and the casting is awesome (esp. ramon! whew!). na-weirdohan lang tlga ko sa last part, pero sige, that's forgiveable. haha

// on survivor. ooh, so louie was voted out!!! sooo, giveaway na pala yung commercial nya sa mangyayari sa kanya. hahaha i never really liked him, chickboy daw?!?! wtf right?! ang ayoko na kanya, he thinks he's smart, that his strategies are working, and that he's strong when in fact, wala talaga syang na-manipulate. even charles? i mean, magaling lang makisama si charles at super bait to the point na muka syang underdog (not to mention, gay) pero louie? he never really earned anyone's trust in the camp. and sama pa ng dila nya! ang kapal ng muka nya.

i'm worrying for justine tuloy! louie might actually beat her on monday, and i hate to see that happen cos she's (for me, justine is a GIRL. oks?) been through a lot on isla purgatoryo chaka, ang gandang comeback nun pag naka-abot sa merge si justine! oh come on.

// i'm not feeling the weekend! monday to saturday classes are starting to bore me. aaaand i'm feeling the curse of my heels na! hahaha corpo attire on monday is something i'm not looking forward to, sana signal no.3 sa monday. whew, october na sana pls? bakit? kasi balik gym na ko sa october which is thursday next week, yaaaay!!! my last month at fitness first before i transfer the membership to my dad kasi wala na kong pambayad and hindi ako pumapayat! anyway, gym for me isn't about losing weight e...tumaba lang ako dun e. i'm more on the coffee, cabled tv, internet and sauna. wahaha

awhile ago my jacket fell off the tricycle while moving pero narecover ko naman yehey kaso kadiriiii hinango ko pa sa putikan yon hahaha.
someone switched off the power source of the sockets in my room (and essentially the entire floor) so i can't charge the laptop and my phone and i can't turn on the aircon so i can't sleep hahahaha pero malamig nmn e. blah blah blah. that's why i'm at the basement right now. buti na lang ok dito. haha parallel circuits for the win!
